Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Insurance, Financials and Oil & Gas sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 gained 0.72% to hit a new all time high.
The best performers of the session on the TA 35 were Camtek Ltd (TASE:CAMT), which rose 3.59% or 1,070.00 points to trade at 30,850.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Electra Ltd (TASE:ELTR) added 2.86% or 4,500.00 points to end at 162,000.00 and Harel (TASE:HARL) was up 2.72% or 99.00 points to 3,740.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Ormat Technologies (TASE:ORA), which fell 1.51% or 460.00 points to trade at 29,990.00 at the close. Tower Semiconductor Ltd (TASE:TSEM) declined 1.24% or 210.00 points to end at 16,690.00 and Delek Group (TASE:DLEKG) was down 0.88% or 390.00 points to 43,760.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 307 to 164 and 69 ended unchanged.
Shares in Harel (TASE:HARL) rose to 52-week highs; rising 2.72% or 99.00 to 3,740.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.50% or 0.34 to $67.04 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.59% or 0.42 to hit $70.58 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.70% or 19.25 to trade at $2,775.15 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was unchanged 0.08% to 3.73, while EUR/ILS unchanged 0.04% to 4.03.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.11% at 104.30.
